Weather seal

Aussie made
Our caravan access doors are 100% Australian made. We produce them in our local Brisbane-based factory and manufacture all our products to the highest industry standard.
Powder coating
The aluminium extrusion of our access doors are powder-coated black. This durable coating will ensure your door will last and look as good as new for the long term. The black coating means it’ll complement any RV, campervan, trailer or caravan.
PVC strip
There’s no limit to our attention to detail! At the top of the aluminium piano hinge we’ve fitted a PVC strip so that any rain or water will simply run down the length of the access door and off the seal. This way, no moisture will get into the body of your vehicle.
Compression lock
Every access door is fitted with a compression lock and pop-lock handle. The ergonomic design of the lock and handle allows easy and quick access to your storage space. For large sized caravan access doors we include two compression locks to split the load.
Full length hinge
The full length aluminium hinge offers plenty of strength for repeated and frequent use of the access door.
Sizes
Our doors come in both custom and pre-set sizing. If you need a custom hatch manufactured, simply tell us the width and height and we’ll produce it to your specifications.
Our custom sizes are available at the minimum and maximum sizings of:
- 400 wide X 200 high – minimum
- 1200 wide X 600 high – maximum
